All sales are final, and refunds are not available. For all procedures, a deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your procedure. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment, and you can use the deposit for your next visit. Cancellations within 24 hours of your procedure will result in the deposit being retained as compensation for the reserved time slot, which prevented other clients from booking. Please note that deposit prices may change without prior notice. Consultation fees are non-refundable but can be applied towards your procedure if you choose to proceed. If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your procedure, you will be charged the full procedure price. Please make cancellations via phone call or in person.
